E3 2018: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and everything else from Nintendo

Nintendo has revealed the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate series at E3 2018. The ultimate is coming on the Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018. The Ultimate version will include every single character which has appeared so far in the series.

One of the main reason for calling it as the ultimate series is because of the fact that every character will be present. On the last day and event of E3 2018 on Tuesday, Nintendo revealed the ultimate fighting game for its fans. The game is set to be released by the end month of this year and it will be as amazing as you think.

Characters In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Every single character to ever feature on the Super Smash Bros. will be included in the Ultimate version. Nintendo had some third-party DLC characters like Ryu, Cloud, and Bayonetta for Wii U and 3DS and surprisingly, they have included them too in the new version.

In addition to all the characters which are included, new characters are also being introduced in the latest version. Moreover, the power od exisiting characters are also changed and new moves and capabilities will be available for them. Most of the characters are revamped since many are very old like Mario, Link and so on. Also, minor and major tweaks are made to every character to further improve the performance of the game.

New Characters

Yes, the Ultimate version does not only have all the old characters but also includes new characters. Inklings, which featured in the teaser of Ultimate is confirmed to be present within the game with new moves. Along with Inklings, Ridley is also making its appearance in the game. Nearly all the rumors regarding the Ultimate game has somewhere mentioned about the inclusion of Metroid series. In the E3 Conference, Nintendo also spoke about the reasons why it did not include Ridley in the previous versions of Super Smash Bros.

Echo Fighters Which Are Clone Characters

The existing characters with a little variation are introduced as Echo Fighters. They sound different than the original characters. For example, Nintendo spoke about the character of Daisy which is introduced as Peach’s Echo Fighter. They said that even more characters will be introduced maybe sometime later.

Different Stages & Versions

Some of the previous stages in Super Smash Bros. makes an appearance in the Ultimate version along with some of the new ones. For now, Nintendo has confirmed 19 stages in the Ultimate version. All of the stages can be played in three versions.

GameCube Controller

Much to users delight, Nintendo has decided to include the GameCube controller. The GameCube Controllers were last used in the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. But, due to the request of the community, Nintendo has brought the Controllers back in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Along with all the changes, Nintendo has made the gameplay faster. It had made the gameplay more responsive and sleeker. The animations are sped up when compared with the previous versions. Directional Air Dodging is a feature which will be introduced in the Ultimate version. One on One matches are introduced too. Overall, the game looks as intersting as it can be. We have to wait until December 7 to officially place our hands on it.
