After the launch of Huwaei P20 Pro with the triple camera, many companies are looking forward to getting their own into the market. Huwaei made it phone globally available except for the US. Apple, the US-based company is looking forward to getting its own triple camera phone into the market this September. The iPhone X (2018) or the iPhone 11 is set to arrive by this September and rumors have started coming out. The 6.5-inch rumored phone is believed to have triple camera setup on its rear for enhanced features. Although the rumors are still blurry, Samsung is set to launch its own triple camera phone S10 next year in the MWC.
Apple is rumored to launch 3 iPhone variants this September. The well-known Analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities said that 2 iPhones are rumored to be with an OLED display. They will be in two different sizes 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch with the latter one being called iPhone X Plus. And, another variant of iPhone X will be launched with LCD display aimed to be in the budgeted area. The budgeted LCD display iPhone X can be priced at around $550 and may have dual-SIM feature.
Hype Around The Triple Camera Feature:
At least one of the three rumored iPhones will be having the triple camera feature just like Huwaei P20 Pro. The third camera will be used for advanced 3D depth sensing using the stereoscopic vision. The other two cameras will capture the object in two different angles which will determine the distance between the camera and the object. According to Mac Rumours, iPhone is set to launch the new version with enhanced Zoom. Previously, iPhone 8 and iPhone X had 2X zoom whereas the new version will have 3X Zoom. The fact that it is mentioned by Mac Rumours makes it more believing as they have been the best in the business.

Ever since LG came up with the wide-angle camera, a triple camera phone was overdue. Once the wide-camera came in, Huawei launched its P20 Pro with triple cameras. AI and processing power have a limit over the physical constraints and can be expanded only if the constraints are removed. Photographers usually carry three different types of lens and this addition might force the photographers to use the phone.
Enhanced Augmented Reality (AR) features:
Apple has been working with AR recently and has also introduced ARKit in the new iOs 11. The ARKit helps the developer to make AR apps compatible with iPhones and iPads. The triple camera might give the Apple’s Augmented Reality feature a boost in 2019. According to a report by Taipei Times, Apple could be working on making a 12MP triple camera phone with 5x Zoom. Apple is set to introduce the ARKit 2.0 in iOs 12 at the WWDC which starts on June 4.
Is It A End To Notch Designs?
Last year, Apple celebrated its 10th anniversary with the release of iPhone X with OLED display. Although it still launched iPhone 8 with LCD display, it might seem like iPhone is going to stop with them sooner. According to Koreas ET news, Apple is trying to get rid of notch design phones by 2019. The most rumored, Apple iPhone SE 2 is set to look like iPhone X. Apple traditionally launches its phones somewhere in September and are expected to do so this year also. Let’s wait to see if we get any triple camera phone from Apple this year around.
