Proptech startup Landeed has secured strategic funding in a round led by Paradigm Shift VC, though the exact amount remains undisclosed. This follows a significant $8.3 million funding round in January 2023, led by Y Combinator, Draper Associates, and Bayhouse Capital.
Landeed, a homegrown startup, offers a mobile app that provides property stakeholders with access to real estate records for various transactions. The company, founded by Sanjay Mandava, ZJ Lin, and Jonathan Richards, recently launched an AI Property Analyser that delivers a comprehensive ownership history of properties.
Sanjay Mandava, Co-founder and CEO, highlighted the strategic importance of this funding. Despite not actively seeking new funds and being oversubscribed in the previous round, the partnership with Paradigm Shift VC motivated them to accept the investment. This strategic move is expected to bolster consumer offerings and enhance their engineering team, driving further innovation and growth.
“We weren’t actively seeking funds, but our relationship with Paradigm Shift motivated us to accept this investment. This will significantly enhance our consumer offerings and strengthen our engineering team,” said Mandava.
Landeed’s innovative solutions continue to gain traction in the proptech sector, positioning the company for substantial growth and global expansion.
