M1 NXT, an international trade financing services platform licensed by the International Financial Services Centres Authority and a subsidiary of M1xchange, has named Munindra Verma as its new chief executive officer (CEO), following the departure of Jacob Raphael.
Verma joins M1 NXT from YES Bank, where he previously served as the chief product officer and head of strategy & transformation in transaction banking. His appointment marks a pivotal moment for M1 NXT as it seeks to strengthen its position in the international trade finance sector.
