SpaceX launched 60 satellites successfully on the go. The satellites are sent in the reusable Falcon 9. If this mission is successful, the world may see the cheapest internet ever.
The goal of sending this mission is to avail of cheap internet services. Satellites are a part of the Starlink Project. This one was specifically designed for getting better data connectivity and stunningly fast internet across the world.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX sent 60 Satellites into the Lower Earth Orbit
SpaceX engineer Lauren Lyons said, “We deployed 60 more Starlink satellites. This puts us one step closer to being able to offer Starlink internet service to customers across the globe, including people in rural and hard to reach places who have struggled to access high-speed internet.”
This was the fourth time for Falcon 9, which has itself created a record as the most efficient reusable rocket. Lyons then said “Let’s turn it around for a fifth,” as the rocket is highly efficient. This was also the first time when the company landed the booster for four times.
They plan to provide services by May 2020
Musk can’t keep calm and has already started using the internet facilities with Starlink. In October, he tweeted using the Starlink internet.

They plan to make it possible across the globe with as many as a thousand satellites. SpaceX’s President Gwynne Shotwell said, “We need 360 to 400 to have constant connectivity where the satellites can end up through the ground talking to each other. Once we get to 1,200 satellites, we will have coverage of the whole globe,”
It’s not like other satellites
Many satellites last long and have a good time functioning, but the lifespan of this satellite is limited to 5 years. In order to continue it for a longer period, more money will be required. It turns out to be costly with the same.
They will continue launching such satellites in order to refresh the technology and fix any bugs. But apart from this, these won’t be lasting long individually. Musk hopes that this brings a higher profit margin for the company. He expects revenue of 30 million dollars from this venture.
Conclusion
SpaceX isn’t the only company trying faster net services. Amazon and OneWeb are also working to establish faster connections in the lower orbit. Musk’s startup has the advantage of lead. By launching 60 satellites at once, it provides the company with a lead for it to establish services faster.
