Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup Infinyte.Club, has secured $3.6 million in its seed funding round led by Elevation Capital.

This investment round also attracted a number of angel investors, including Kunal Shah, the founder of CRED, Harshil Mathur, the cofounder of Razorpay, Vidit Aatrey, the cofounder of Meesho, Gaurav Munjal, the CEO of Unacademy, Varun Dua, the founder of ACKO, Sanket Shah, the CEO of invideo, among others.

With this new funding, Infinyte.Club aims to enhance its technology infrastructure and grow its team.

Founded by Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha in 2023, the platform allows members to monitor their investments, manage their equity portfolios, and unlock the value of their stock options. It has exclusively been designed for tech and startup employees for wealth generation and its management.

The wealthtech has officially introduced its beta version. This platform provides access to exclusive investment opportunities and solves the problem of liquidity for early employees of major Indian tech companies through its Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). During its private beta phase, Infinyte.Club has successfully completed more than 40 deals including both primary and secondary deals.

The co-founders said in a joint statement, “Our product is designed to grow alongside our members, who are the smartest and brightest minds in the country today. We believe this group of intelligent investors need products that meet their level of creativity and acumen. We want to ensure that these talented individuals, who have been instrumental in building the startup landscape, are fully equipped to capitalise on their contributions to this burgeoning tech landscape and realise their wealth ambitions.”

Tandon mentioned the company’s goal to achieve 1,00,000 customers this year.

It aims to democratize access to private market equity and assets, which are typically only available to the wealthiest 1%. By offering a selection of private company stocks, the platform helps bridge the gap between investors and provides solutions for those looking to sell their ESOPs. Presently, the platform is tracking over $150 million in ESOPs.

Vaas Bhaskar, Principal, Elevation Capital, commented on the investment, “Infinyte.Club’s mission is intricately aligned with the burgeoning trends in India’s startup ecosystem. With the nation poised for substantial wealth generation through startups and tech enterprises, there’s a pressing demand for dedicated platforms that cater to the unique needs of founders and operators.”
