AI platform Pulse bagged $1.4 million (nearly 12 crores) in its initial fundraising round, which Endiya Partners headed. The startup would use the fresh funds to expand its workforce and improve specially designed large language models (LLM) and agentic AI capabilities. To have a head start and generate market traction in India and the US, the business also intends to invest in early go-to-market projects.

Angel investors, including the founders of Yellow.ai and Zluri, also participated in the fundraising round.

As per Inc42, Pulse Co-founder and CEO Chelle stated, “We are headed to the US market, starting this month, where we are trying to get our initial customer base as well.”

Medha Kannapally, an associate at Endiya Partners stated, “Product managers today face the challenge of driving data-informed feature prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and competitiveness, all while ensuring their products stay impactful and scalable. Pulse’s agentic AI platform tackles these challenges by consolidating customer data from sources like CRMs, support desks, and other collaboration tools into a centralized intelligence hub.”

Harem Chelle, Vatsal Singhal, and Alok Thatikunta founded Pulse in 2024. The company provides an agentic AI platform for SaaS product teams. To produce predictive analytics, strategic suggestions, and actionable insights, it compiles and evaluates data from multiple sources. The platform’s goals are to enable product teams to make decisions more quickly, work more efficiently, and stay ahead of the competition.

According to the business, it has started pilots with several design partners and plans to launch with a number of them this month. Chelle stated, “Pulse unifies all unstructured data sources into one platform, enabling the agentic AI to handle key steps in product discovery and development autonomously. It extracts insights from conversations and support tickets, automatically generates feature request tickets, prioritizes them, and integrates them into the product roadmap. This empowers product management to drive business outcomes such as user activation rate, net revenue retention, and net promoter score, which are crucial for scaling SaaS companies.”

According to him Pulse’s AI agent can also perform competitive analysis, write product requirements documents, and suggest what should be built depending on timeframes such as sprints, months, or quarters.
