Palette Brands, formerly known as White.Inc, has successfully raised close to $2 million in a pre-series A funding round. This round was spearheaded by Rockstud Capital, with participation from existing investors IPV and Dholakia Ventures, alongside notable angel investors such as Stoffer Anko Norden and Apurva Salapuria.
Founded by Siddharth Gadodia, Young Yun, Himanshi Tandon, and Bret Recor, Palette Brands is dedicated to serving aspirational affluent consumers who seek exceptional product design and value. The company focuses on the mass premium segment across various categories with a large total available market (TAM) and significant unmet consumer needs.
Palette Brands currently boasts two innovative product lines: Unbottle, which offers reusable and sustainable drinkware, and Totem, which specializes in accessories designed exclusively for the growing Apple consumer base in India. The company is also set to launch Ember, a non-toxic cookware brand inspired by a vibrant Indian lifestyle and modern décor.
The startup has recently forged a partnership with Box Clever, a company renowned for creating captivating products and experiences for consumers. Box Clever has a track record of developing products for market leaders in the USA, further solidifying Palette Brands’ commitment to high-quality design and consumer satisfaction.
In the words of the founders, “We are building for the aspirational affluent consumer who values great product design and quality. Our partnership with Box Clever and the recent funding will enable us to expand our product lines and meet the evolving needs of our target market.”
The fresh capital will be instrumental in scaling up operations, expanding the product portfolio, and enhancing the consumer experience. Palette Brands aims to leverage this investment to solidify its position in the mass premium market segment and address the significant unmet needs of its consumers.
With a clear focus on innovation and design, Palette Brands is poised to make a significant impact in the consumer goods sector, offering products that combine functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
