Incuspaze has reportedly raised Rs 67 crore or $8 million in its debut funding round from India Inflection Opportunity Fund among other prominent financial groups.
CEO Sanjay Choudhary has stated that the investment will enable the company to provide best-in-quality workspace solutions customized for enterprises, MSMEs, and startups.
IIOF focuses on late-stage venture capital investments for companies gearing up for pre-initial public offering. Nurture Well Foods, Vardhman Group, and MKC Agro Fresh are some of the potential companies of the total eight that IIOF has invested in. Its portfolio is 3 million sq. ft. wide, spread across 44 sites in 18 cities.
The coworking space startup was founded by Choudhary in 2016, offering coworking spaces for professionals and companies in the likes of Flipkart, PhonePe, and Health Prime among others. BYJU’S was also a leading name availing the company’s coworking space services but its employees were instructed to evacuate the space in Gurugram in November 2023 due to the non-payment of rent. Its services are available nationwide as per the company’s claims of owning a network of 33 workspaces across multiple cities.
India is the fastest-growing market in the world for coworking offices. On the global level, the market currently stands at 55 million sq. ft. and is estimated to expand to 100-140 million sq. ft. by the end of the decade.
