Helium Secures $550K in Pre-Seed Funding Led by Merak Ventures

AI-driven platform Helium has raised Rs 4.52 crore ($550,000) in a pre-seed funding round led by Merak Ventures, with additional participation from angel investor Alok Mittal.

The newly acquired funds will be allocated to building a high-performing team and further developing Helium’s innovative product offerings. The company aims to enhance its AI capabilities and expand its market presence, according to a press release.

Helium was co-founded by Shray Arora, Sidharth Sahni, and Deepak Kapoor. The platform collaborates with leading brands in the fashion and consumer tech sectors to create intelligent collection and product landing pages. By leveraging AI, Helium tags each product and UI element, interpreting their context through anonymized behavioral interactions of visitors.

Helium’s AI technology enables it to curate content, copy, and product combinations for each visitor, enhancing brand affinity and boosting conversions. This approach is similar to how Spotify tailors music preferences for its users, offering a personalized shopping experience.

Looking ahead, Helium plans to collaborate with top e-commerce brands globally, with a particular focus on the North American market. This strategic expansion is aimed at leveraging Helium’s AI capabilities to drive growth and innovation in the e-commerce sector.

With this funding, Helium is poised to further solidify its position as a leading AI platform, delivering personalized and intelligent solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions for e-commerce brands.
