To make renting 10X simpler and faster for India’s modern working professionals, the funds will be utilized to grow the company’s core staff and further develop its full-stack renting platform.

Flent was founded in 2023 by Mayank Lalwani, Rishabh Agnihotri, and Shail Daswani. As per the business, their flagship product, Flent Reserve, has experienced robust sales. Customers who register and provide their preferences can move into a fully furnished, turnkey designer home without brokerage fees, requiring a low deposit, and offering flexible stays ranging from three to eleven months, all within a 15-day timeframe.
The firm began operations in October 2023 and has since opened 120 rooms in Bengaluru, ranging in size from 1 BHK to 3 BHK, all of which were fully rented out in less than ten days. The business has often attained 100% occupancy and already has a backlog of more than 500 individuals.
