We Founder Circle and AC Ventures led a pre-seed fundraising round for ad-tech firm Crackle Technologies, which raised $1.7 million. The founders of Misfits Capital, Ludo King, Sunicon Ventures, Global DeVC, and Impetus Technologies also participated in the round.
With the additional VC funding, the business intends to develop internationally scalable products that will revolutionize programmatic advertising for developers and publishers in the news, gaming, app, and over-the-top (OTT) industries.
Harsh Mittal, Shashank Dudeja, and Jaivir Singh Nagi, three former Google executives, founded Crackle Technologies in October 2023 to assist publishers in maximizing their ad tech earnings through the use of AI-based solutions.
