Founded in 2016, AVIOM Housing Finance has been dedicated to providing housing loans to underserved populations across India. Ms. Kajal Ilmi, Founder and CEO of AVIOM, stated, “This investment from the InsuResilience Investment Fund is a testament to our commitment to financial inclusion and sustainable housing. With this funding, we aim to scale our operations and make homeownership a reality for more families across India.”

The strategic investment will bolster AVIOM’s capacity to address the housing finance needs of low-income households, contributing to economic stability and growth in the regions it serves. As the company continues to grow, it remains focused on delivering high-impact financial solutions that drive social and economic development.

This partnership with the InsuResilience Investment Fund marks a significant milestone in AVIOM’s journey, highlighting the increasing investor confidence in its business model and social mission. With enhanced financial backing, AVIOM is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of growth and impact in the housing finance sector.
