AltiusHub, a Hyderabad-based software company that provides manufacturing supply chain visibility, has raised $2.25 million (INR 18.45 crore) in a seed fundraising round headed by Endiya Partners, with additional contributions from friends and family. The funds will be utilized by onboarding senior individuals with industry experience and enhancing AltiusHub’s technical staff.
In 2023, Siddharth Reddy and Abiram Vijaykumar, former executives of Darwinbox, founded the platform, which provides supply chain visibility software to manufacturing entities for supply chain security, initially targeting the pharmaceutical industry. Through sophisticated tracking that detects patterns and abnormalities pointing to counterfeit activity, the platform assists in preventing counterfeit medications from getting into the supply chain.
“AltiusHub was born out of a deep-seated concern with the vulnerabilities in traditional supply chains,” stated Vijaykumar. He further adds, “We have firsthand experience with the disastrous effects of fake goods, especially in sectors like pharmaceuticals.”
Managing partners of Sateesh Andra said, “As India’s pharma exports expand, ensuring compliance, visibility, and efficiency across the supply chain is crucial. AltiusHub’s advanced SaaS platform empowers pharma companies to track and trace products from production to final sale while adhering to global regulatory standards.”
With funding of $3.1 Mn (INR 26 Cr) secured in June, AltiusHub is the second startup in the specialty chemicals space to address supply chain challenges.
