Aakash Anand Raises $2 Million for Unikon.ai

Aakash Anand, co-founder of Bellavita, has launched Unikon.ai, a pioneering platform designed to facilitate meaningful connections through monetizing user time and knowledge.

The startup has rasied $2 million in funding from a consortium of prominent entrepreneurs and influencers, including Nikhil Kamath (Zerodha), Peyush Bansal (Lenskart), and Vishesh Khurana (Shiprocket), among others. Influential figures like Tanmay Bhatt and Raj Shamani also participated in the funding round.

Unikon.ai, co-founded by Aakash Anand alongside Palash Arneja as COO and Sumit Jha as CTO, offers users the ability to seek professional advice, host webinars, and monetize their expertise through personalized one-on-one sessions. Users can set their own rates and schedules for consultations via chat, audio, or video calls, enhancing accessibility and engagement.

Palash Arneja, a chartered accountant, and Sumit Jha, former CTO of Zecpe, acquired by Cashfree in 2023, bring robust expertise to Unikon.ai’s operational and technological strategies.

The platform’s launch marks a significant step in fostering practical, relatable, and genuine interactions among users seeking and sharing knowledge across various domains. Unikon.ai aims to redefine how individuals connect and exchange insights in a digitally interconnected world.

In a similar move last year, Utsav Somani, former CEO of AngelList India, launched Offline, a community platform that also raised $2 million from a diverse group of investors and influencers.
