Ixigo Shares Surge 20% on Debut, Closing Strong on NSE and BSE

Le Travenues Technology, the parent company of travel aggregator Ixigo, made a stellar debut on the NSE today, opening at ₹138.10—a remarkable 48.5% premium to its issue price of ₹93. The stock closed its first trading day with a 20% premium, finishing at ₹161.99 on the BSE and ₹165.72 on the NSE.

Investors showed strong enthusiasm for the Ixigo IPO during its three-day subscription period, which began on Monday, June 10, and concluded on Wednesday, June 12. The IPO was oversubscribed 98.34 times on the final day of bidding.

The offer price was set between ₹88 and ₹93 per share. Le Travenues Technology secured ₹333 crore from anchor investors. The book running lead managers (BRLMs) for the offer were Axis Capital, DAM Capital Advisors, and JM Financial.

The successful listing highlights the robust investor confidence in Ixigo’s growth prospects, marking a significant milestone for Le Travenues Technology.
