Actor Aamir Khan, 61, is set to formalize his relationship with his partner Gauri Spratt, 47, in an intimate ceremony on July 5, 2026. According to sources close to the development, the couple will exchange vows in a private, registered marriage at Khan’s residence. A source shared details regarding the low-key preparations, stating, “They are both in a secure place and only wanted to celebrate their bond. They have already started preparations for the wedding, which will be an intimate event attended by family and close friends.”
Spratt, who formerly worked with Aamir Khan Productions, has a seven-year-old son, Quinn, from a prior marriage, and is the granddaughter of Philip Spratt, a notable British-born Indian freedom movement figure. Khan was previously married to Reena Dutta and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao, with whom he separated in 2021. Introducing Spratt to the media last year, Khan had noted, “We are fully committed. However, at 60, marriage might not suit me, but let’s see.”
The ceremony will proceed with full family backing. Industry speculation suggests fellow superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan may attend, subject to availability. On the professional front, Khan recently starred in Sitaare Zameen Par and has upcoming projects lined up, including a biopic on Lala Amarnath and an untitled film with Rajkumar Hirani.
