Sustainability and climate management solutions provider LogicLadder has successfully raised $2.5 million in a funding round led by Singapore-based Big Capital and Zerodha-backed venture fund Rainmatter. The funding aims to accelerate LogicLadder’s global expansion in South Asia and North America.
Founded in 2011 by Mayank Chauhan and Atindra Chandel, the Gurugram-based firm helps businesses worldwide measure, report, and reduce their environmental impact. Its flagship software platform, The Sustainability Cloud, is utilized by over 950 companies, including major names like Reliance, Adani Power, BHEL, Nestle, and Maruti Suzuki, to minimize environmental impact, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability goals.
In a statement, co-founder and CEO Mayank Chauhan revealed plans to allocate a significant portion of the new funding towards product enhancements and capacity expansion to keep pace with evolving environmental compliance requirements. “By the next financial year, we anticipate our global revenue to contribute 40% and India revenue 60%, eventually expecting global revenue to surpass India revenue,” Chauhan said.
Chauhan emphasized the importance of continuous innovation, stating, “By expanding our product suite, we aim to provide clients worldwide with the most advanced tools to address sustainability challenges effectively and confidently.”
Dinesh Pai, Head of Investments at Rainmatter, highlighted the complexity of measuring and tracking climate data, noting that many organizations rely on independent third-party software services. “LogicLadder offers a key sustainability solution for enterprises,” Pai said.
Preetinder Panjarath, CFO at Big Capital, underscored the urgency of addressing climate change. “Climate change is one of the biggest challenges facing us. Its scale and impact call for urgent innovative solutions to mitigate its progress and drive sustainable growth,” Panjarath remarked.
This funding boost comes at a time when supportive policies and a growing consumer base are attracting significant investment in India’s climate tech sector, particularly in early-stage startups.
Recent examples include Sprih, a carbon emission management platform, which raised $3 million led by Leo Capital, and Varaha, a climate tech startup focused on offsetting greenhouse gas emissions, which secured $8.7 million in a round led by RTP Global.
LogicLadder’s latest funding round signals a strong commitment to advancing sustainability solutions and addressing the global climate crisis through innovative technology and strategic expansion.
