WAAYU, India’s first zero-commission food delivery app, is now live on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) as a seller marketplace. This launch marks a transformative shift in the food delivery industry, eliminating commission fees to create a direct connection between restaurants and consumers.

Since its inception in May 2023, WAAYU has successfully onboarded over 3,000 restaurants in key Indian cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. With the integration into ONDC, WAAYU has partnered with notable buyer apps like TATA Neu and OLA, facilitating higher order volumes and ensuring a steady flow of orders for restaurant partners.

Mandar Lande, CEO and Co-Founder of WAAYU, emphasized the company’s goal to revolutionize the food delivery market by fostering a more sustainable and profitable ecosystem for restaurants.
