Melooha, an astrology SaaS platform, has acquired Bengaluru-based startup Munitalks in a cash and stock deal valued at approximately INR 70 Lakh. The acquisition aims to leverage Munitalks’ expertise in language translation and AI-powered astrological guidance to bolster Melooha’s offerings.
Founded by Vikram Labhe and Bahlchandra Patil in 2022, Melooha specializes in providing personalized astrological insights based on detailed birth information. With a presence in 110 countries, Melooha focuses on enhancing user experiences through advanced technology solutions.

Munitalks, founded by Sumit Rathor earlier this year, excels in translating astrological consultations across more than 80 languages. The synergy between Melooha and Munitalks is expected to broaden Melooha’s reach and enhance its ability to cater to diverse linguistic preferences.
Melooha has secured INR 5.3 Cr in angel funding led by US-based Streak Ventures LLC and several angel investors. This acquisition comes amidst growing investor interest in India’s astrology sector, which is projected to grow significantly from its current valuation of INR 30K Cr to INR 50K Cr by 2025.
The acquisition of Munitalks aligns with Melooha’s strategic goal of expanding its technological capabilities and enriching its astrology service offerings in the competitive Indian astrological market.
