10. Never give up
As we all know giving up is never an option, if you fail it is always better than sitting idle because your failure shows that at least you are doing something. As we all know that it is a failure that leads us to success.

09. Really like what you do

08. Never listen to the little man
If you have faith in yourself and you know you are in the right path then you should never even care to listen to the haters. In fact, haters are a positive sign that you are doing something good.

Musk himself thought that Tesla would not be successful, he thought that they will fail but he had the mindset that even if they fail they would change the perception of the people that electric cars need not be so boring and it can be formed in the coolest design possible.

On your way to greatness, there will always be a lot of noise but you need not ever focus on that noise and concentrate on what your real motive is. There will be a lot of noise lingering over you but your capability to avoid them will trace the pathway of success for you.

Musk believes in seeking out people who can solve a problem, he always believes that the quantity of employees doesn’t matter what matters are how the employee handles any problem given to him.
As he said “it is a mistake to hire a huge number of people to get a complicated job done, numbers will never compensate for talent in getting the right answers, two people who don’t know something are no greater than one”
03. Attract great people
If you want to get success either join a group of great people or gather a group of great people who will always influence you in a positive way.
As musk said “depending upon how talented And hardworking that group is, and the degree to which they are focused cohesively in a good direction, that will determine the success of the company. So do everything you can do to gather great people if you are creating a company “.
02. Have a great product
Having a great product is as important as having our everyday meal. Because it is the product which will represent you and your firm. If you enter a market where there is already a large number of competition, for you to compete there it is your product which will make you different from them and will attract the consumers.
As said by musk “you’re always going to buy the trusted brand unless there is a huge difference, and most of the time the entrepreneur’s will come out with something which is slightly better if it is slightly better than it is not better, it got to be a lot better”
01. Work “Super Hard”
What do you think is super hard, it is not simply trying to work hard, super hard refers to working every hour you’re awake and always trying to be productive until and unless you taste success.
Musk said ”work like hell, I mean you just have to put in 80 to 100 weeks every week I.E if other people are putting 40 hour work per week and you are putting 100 hour work per week and even you are doing the same thing you will achieve in 4 months, what it takes them to achieve in a year”.
