MOOEV Pockets ₹4 Cr for EV Fleet & Charging Expansion

MOOEV Techonologies, an EV platform has bagged ₹4 crore in a seed fundraising round. The funding round was spearheaded by Bizdateup with participation from Spectrum Impact and Inflection Point Ventures.

With the fresh capitals, the business intends to deploy an initial fleet of 15 electric heavy-duty vehicles. Reportedly, the company also intends to install high-voltage charging infrastructure to support this fleet.

MOOEV, which was founded in 2021 by Ennarasu Karunesan, Raghavendra Mysore, and Ramesh Kumar VG, provides a thorough technical approach to handle important issues in the Indian market for electric heavy-duty vehicles. The company provides engineering, operations, and management solutions to enable the sustainable deployment of new fleets for short-haul transportation, and it facilitates the conversion of heavy-duty freight fleets to electric.

The startup is now working with more than five significant business organizations who are considering using its fleet of electric trucks into their logistics processes. Expanding its charging infrastructure to accommodate more vehicles is another goal of the company’s EV Fleet-as-a-Service and EV Charge-as-a-Service products.

Mooev Technologies has an authorized share capital of ₹12 lakh and a paid-up capital of ₹3 lakh. The company held its last reported Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 December 2022.
