MoneyView Posts Rs 171 Cr Profit In FY24, Revenue Grows 75% YoY

Tiger Global-backed digital lender MoneyView has reported a 75% YoY growth in its revenue, reaching Rs 1,012 crore in FY24 from Rs 577 crore in FY23.

The company also saw an increase in its profits, growing to Rs 171 crore from Rs 163 crore in FY23.

Its total revenue saw a 105% YoY increase, reaching Rs 1,389 crore in FY24, from Rs 677 crore in FY23, as detailed in its financial reports.

The fintech‘s total expenses also increased, reaching Rs 1,190 crore in FY24 from Rs 515 crore in the last fiscal year.

According to the company’s financial report, the startup’s costs for employee benefits rose to Rs 157 crore in FY24 from Rs 124 crore in FY23.

MoneyView, established in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, offers a vast spectrum of financial services, including immediate personal loans, credit cards, buy now, pay later (BNPL) services, and financial planning solutions. The company has partnered with more than 15 financial institutions to provide these services to its clientele.

In 2022, MoneyView secured $75 million in its Series E funding round, led by Apis Partners, a UK-based asset management firm, valuing the company at $900 million. The round also saw participation from existing investors Tiger Global, Winter Capital, and Evolvence. Additionally, in September, MoneyView acquired Jify.co, an on-demand salary service provider, after securing a $1-billion valuation.
