Zouk Raises $10M for Supply Chain and Offline Expansion

In a Series B funding round headed by Aavishkaar Capital, lifestyle company Zouk has raised $10 million (nearly ₹84 crore). The D2C company intends to use the fresh funds to improve its supply chain and brand recognition while growing its offline presence.

The fundraising round also included participation from previous investors Stellaris Venture Partners, Titan Capital, Sharrp Ventures, and JJ Family Office.

Co-founder of Zouk, Disha Singh stated, “Our offline stores are seeing good traction and more customers are looking to touch and feel Zouk products before buying. This capital will also enable us to expand our teams and build a large consumer brand from India for the world in the coming years.”

The Disha Singh and Pradeep Krishnakumar-led Zouk sell laptop bags, shoulder bags, and handmade handbags. Along with selling various products on its platform, it has also dabbled in the wallet and shoe industries.

The Mumbai-based firm’s revenue for the fiscal year ending March 2023 was ₹47.41 crore, up from ₹21.82 crore in FY22. Losses increased to ₹10.55 crore from ₹77 lakh during the same period. Additionally, with the latest funding of $10 million, the startup has raised $14.5 million in funding so far.
