Red Fort Capital, an investment-grade non-banking financial company (NBFC), has successfully raised ₹22.6 crore in debt funding, marking a significant milestone by surpassing ₹100 crore in total assets. This funding round includes ₹15 crore from a prominent Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) bank, reinforcing Red Fort’s established relationship with major financial institutions.

Previously, Red Fort Capital secured financing from the State Bank of India, the country’s largest PSU lender. In addition to this, the firm raised ₹4.1 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) from Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) and ₹3.5 crore from USHA Finance. This diverse funding strategy is set to accelerate Red Fort Capital’s mission to bridge the credit gap for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across India.
