AI-driven cloud service provider E2E Networks has raised ₹420.5 crore (approximately $50 million) through a strategic investment in a preferential issue of equity shares. This funding round saw participation from the promoter group and other public investors.
The company’s board approved the issuance of up to 24,81,592 equity shares at a price of ₹1,694.50 per share, totaling ₹420.5 crore. It plans to leverage the fresh capital to accelerate the growth of its AI-first cloud platform, focusing on enhancing support for advanced machine learning and AI-powered applications.
Founded in 2009 by Tarun Dua, E2E Networks is a pioneer in the cloud space, providing both private and public CloudOps platforms. The company helps enterprises transition their operations to the cloud while managing them efficiently. With this new investment, E2E Networks aims to further strengthen its position in the rapidly growing AI and cloud infrastructure markets.
