Bluestone

Omnichannel jewelry brand Bluestone is reportedly in talks to secure approximately INR 830 crore ($100 million) in pre-IPO funding. The negotiations involve prominent investors Peak XV Partners, Steadview Capital, and Think Investments.

This pre-IPO funding round aims to combine share sales by early investors with a fresh capital infusion, potentially valuing Bluestone at around INR 7,500 crore ($900 million) pre-money, according to an ET report.

The infusion of capital is expected to enhance Bluestone’s market position ahead of its initial public offering. The company’s strategy includes expanding its omnichannel presence, strengthening its product offerings, and enhancing customer experience through technological innovations.

Founded with the vision of revolutionizing the jewellery shopping experience, Bluestone has grown into a significant player in the market, leveraging online and offline channels to reach a broad customer base. The upcoming funding round underscores investor confidence in Bluestone’s growth trajectory and market potential.

As Bluestone prepares for its IPO, the additional funds will likely support its expansion plans and operational enhancements, positioning it for continued success in the competitive jewellery market.
