Fintech SaaS platform Prosperr.io has raised $1.55 million in its pre-seed funding round, led by Gokul Rajaram, a board member at Pinterest and Coinbase.
The funding round saw participation from prominent angel investors including Vinodh Bhat (President & Co-founder JioSaavn), Ramakant Sharma (Founder Livspace), Kunal Shah (QED Ventures), and Saurabh Jain (CEO, Livspace), among others.
The funds will be utilized primarily for the development of Prosperr.io’s AI-first tax advisor, enhancing the platform’s capability to automate and optimize income tax management for salaried individuals.
Founded in March 2022 by Manas Gond, Prosperr.io offers a subscription-based service aimed at comprehensive income tax management, ensuring maximum eligible tax savings and compliance for its users. The startup provides two core products: the Super Saver Product (a B2C offering) that aids individuals in efficient tax planning and saving, and Prosperr-FBP (Flexi Benefits Plans), a B2B product that enables employers to offer non-taxable allowances.
Gokul Rajaram’s investment portfolio also includes recent investments in customer loyalty and marketing startup Reelo, health-tech startup Dozee, and other ventures such as Vance, CashFlo, and Rocketlane.
