CASHe to Establish Technology CoE in Hyderabad

Fintech start-up CASHe has announced its plans to establish a new technology centre of excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, to hire an additional 300 employees this year. Half of these new hires will be allocated to the new CoE.

Currently, CASHe employs 550 people across its Hyderabad and Mumbai facilities. The company aims to bolster its presence in India’s fintech sector by expanding its in-house digital engineering capabilities. The Hyderabad CoE is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2025, according to a statement released by CASHe on Monday.

The new Hyderabad facility will support and drive the company’s technology needs, currently covering lending, insurance, and wealth management verticals.

CASHe also revealed plans to scale up hiring across various experience levels and domains, including technology, data sciences, machine learning, DevOps, TechOps, product development, credit, and collections.

CEO Yashoraj Tyagi commented on the expansion, stating, “We are expanding our teams and infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for our fintech solutions in lending, insurance, and the wealthiest space. The new facility, located in one of India’s premier business hubs, will allow us to substantially increase our workforce to meet the needs of our business and our expanding customer base.”

The new CoE underscores CASHe’s commitment to enhancing its technological prowess and meeting the growing demand for innovative fintech solutions. The strategic location in Hyderabad will enable CASHe to tap into a rich talent pool and foster technological advancements in the fintech domain.
