Veranda Learning Solutions, in a strategic partnership with Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC), has announced the launch of upskilling programs for government college students in the state.
The city-based company, listed on stock exchanges, initiated this collaboration to implement a wealth management course as part of the ‘Kalike Jothege Kaushalya’ project by the Government of Karnataka. This initiative aims to provide skill development and career guidance to students of government-run colleges.
The project will commence as a pilot program in Raichur and Gulbarga districts, to enhance students’ skill sets and employability. Veranda Learning Solutions, founded by Chennai-based Kalpathi AGS Group in 2018, views this partnership as a significant step in expanding its reach and delivering high-quality skill development programs across India.
Suresh Kalpathi, Chairman and Executive Director of Veranda, expressed the company’s commitment to offering comprehensive educational solutions and highlighted the collaboration with KSDC as instrumental in achieving this goal.
This collaboration mirrors Veranda Learning Solutions’ previous partnership with Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation in 2022, where they successfully trained over 20,000 students in upskilling courses related to cloud computing and big data analytics. With a track record of delivering impactful educational programs, Veranda aims to empower students with the necessary skills to excel in today’s competitive job market.
