  • SpaceX CEO Musk asked the flight attendant to “do more” during a massage.
  • Musk was found exposing his body to the attendant in an inappropriate way.
  • SpaceX’s CEO refused all the allegations related to the harassment charges.

Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, has disputed a sexual assault claim made by a former flight attendant, to whom the business allegedly paid $250,000 in severance in 2018. The attendant worked as a cabin crew for SpaceX’s business aircraft fleet on a contract basis. According to Business Insider, she accused Musk of revealing his erect penis to her, massaging her leg without her consent, and promising to purchase a horse in exchange for an erotic massage.

The SpaceX CEO asked for extra time to react, which Business Insider granted, but he did not respond by press time. “I’m not going to comment on any settlement agreements,” Christopher Cardaci, the company’s vice president of legal, told the site. An after-hours request for comment from FOX Business was not immediately returned. Musk appeared to respond to the news on Twitter, stating that his critics should be considered political.

According to the affidavit, the flight attendant told her friend that Musk invited her to his private room for a “full body massage” during a 2016 flight. Musk was reportedly discovered “totally naked save for a sheet covering the lower half of his body” by the attendant. He allegedly exposed himself to her during the massage in exchange for a horse, groped her, and asked her to “do more.” She said no.

Musk, who is in the middle of purchasing Twitter for $44 billion, has drawn more fire from the left after announcing that he will lift former President Donald Trump’s ban on the platform. Following the news, Musk argued in a tweet on Thursday that it should be “viewed via a political lens.”
