Chinese company Meizu has unleashed its new range of smartphones, the 15 series, and it seems to go against the current trend of the phone design. There are no notches or tall screens in its design. Just large and intact rectangles with its design. So, its kinda refreshing. It has unveiled three phones: the 5.46-inch 1080p LCD Meizu 15 Lite, the 5.46-inch 1080p OLED Meizu 15, and the 5.95-inch 1440p OLED Meizu 15 Plus. Meizu 15 Lite has a Snapdragon 626 and Meizu 15 has Snapdragon 660. The Plus one uses a Samsung Exynos 8895 processor. It is the same chip which is usually found in international models of the Galaxy S8.
The body of the 15 Plus is made of stainless steel aluminum composite material. It has the feel of steel but is very lightweight. Considering design, it looks similar to iPhone 7 Plus with thinner bezels on all four sides of it. The company has managed to fit a circular fingerprint reader-equipped home button below the screens in phones which unlocks in just 0.08s, less than a blink of an eye. It comes with a linear vibration motor for the functioning of this button and other features with the Flyme 7 software. This Flyme software claims 100 innovations and improvements. Most of the android smartphones lack this!
